Bulk raw hazelnuts branded as Fundux are produced by the Northern Agricultural Development Cooperative, established by 100 hazelnut farmers in Paralı Village of Karasu District in Sakarya. These are sold directly by the cooperative without intermediaries.
International sales are conducted wholesale.
HARVEST
Turkish Fundux hazelnut generally grows ripe between the beginning and the end of August. And they are harvested around the end of August.
